Mission Statement
The Southern FFA Chapter strives to provide students with a strong purpose through agricultural education, community service, and career and leadership development events. Our members acquire real-life experiences through hands on learning about agricultural practices, and that complements the agricultural education experience in school. Meanwhile, we emphasize career development and leadership by giving students numerous chances for participation in various activities related to skills and competitions, attending conventions, and training's and workshops on life-skills needs. In this way, our chapter develops in building self confidence and develops problem solving techniques by increasing the agricultural and leadership passions we currently have. Above all, the Southern FFA Chapter is committed to assisting members in realizing their full potential and ensures they leave with the knowledge, skills, and resolve to pursue lifelong professional success and to contribute meaningfully to their communities and world around them.
